Shipping & Returns

Tangerine Suns Apothecary, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise. We are also not responsible for any extra customs or delivery fees. Because of this, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. Crystals are energetic pieces, which may pick up on the energy of those who handle them. We take great care to cleanse crystals so that they are ready for use when they arrive to you!

If you would like to purchase shipping insurance for your order, this is always available at an additional charge. Insurance is provided through Route and can be turned on at checkout.

Real-time tracking info is provided through the website, and additionally through Route if you purchase it. We do our best to assist you in locating lost/stolen/missing packages, but it is best to reach out to your local post office with your provided tracking info. In the event that your package is lost/stolen/missing, you can file a claim online. We do not provide refunds for lost/stolen/missing mail.

If you do receive damaged merchandise, or experience any other issues with your order, please reach out to us directly! We are here to help and want you to love what you purchase, so we will do our best to work it out with you! All returns, exchanges, and shop credits will be issued at the discretion of Tangerine Suns Apothecary. Any returns or exchanges may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We do not issue partial refunds for slight imperfections found by you at home. If an item has a significant chip or "imperfection," we make sure to mention it during the live sale/website listing and discount accordingly, if necessary. You will be able to see the crystal from all angles during the live sale! At the end of the day, they are rocks ;) which will be prone to slight "imperfections" as stated above. It gives them character!

Please allow 3-7 days for processing time of orders. We do our best to be quick but there are only two of us. ;)

Payment Plans

Payment plans are available for items over $150 through Klarna, and for orders over $50 though Shop Pay. The option to use this method will be given to you at checkout.

Open Boxes

If you would like to combine orders to save on shipping, we welcome open boxes. They help us save on shipping materials, and it's better for Mother Earth! Please use code "OpenBox" on and leave us a note at checkout that you'd like an open box. You will pay for your purchase, but you won't pay for shipping until you're ready for us to ship your box. 

Once you have an open box, it will stay open until you message us that you want to close it up and ship. It would be impossible for us to message every single person with an open box after every sale, so please remember to inform us if you want it closed up so that we can input an accurate weight before you check out!
